These terms apply to the use of the Cerop mobile application, operated by the public company Center za ravnanje z odpadki Puconci d.o.o. (hereinafter: “Cerop”, “the company”, or “the controller”).
By using the application, users agree to this Privacy Policy. If a user does not agree with these terms, the use of the application is not permitted.
To use the Cerop mobile application, users must create an account.
During registration, the application collects and processes the following personal data:
First name
Last name
Telephone number
Email address
This information is necessary to create and manage the user account and to enable access to the features of the application.
By creating an account, the user consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
In the event of disputes between the user and the company, the competent court is the court in Murska Sobota.
