This Privacy Policy describes how the Cerop mobile application processes, uses, and protects personal data.

1. General Provisions

These terms apply to the use of the Cerop mobile application, operated by the public company Center za ravnanje z odpadki Puconci d.o.o. (hereinafter: “Cerop”, “the company”, or “the controller”).
By using the application, users agree to this Privacy Policy. If a user does not agree with these terms, the use of the application is not permitted.

2. Personal Data and User Account Creation

To use the Cerop mobile application, users must create an account.
During registration, the application collects and processes the following personal data:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

This information is necessary to create and manage the user account and to enable access to the features of the application.

By creating an account, the user consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Personal data collected by the company is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Enabling the use of the Cerop mobile application and its functionalities

Cerop is not liable for any damage that may occur as a result of improper or unauthorized use of the application by the user or third parties.
Cerop is also not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent users from accessing or using the application.

Cerop reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes take effect upon being published within the application. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing updates to the policy.ž

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
In the event of disputes between the user and the company, the competent court is the court in Murska Sobota.
